The program of the day could be:

  • From 9:30 boarding with coffee / tea and pastries. The ship is moored in the Amsterdam area. The departure is at 10:30.
  • Approx. 12:30 A lunch buffet consisting of delicious soup, assorted salads, fine cold meats, luxury sandwiches and of course “Dobben” croquette.
  • Approx. 14:30 Arrival on Pampus Island. The guides are ready to give a tour of ± 1 hour.
  • Approx. 16:00 Reception on board with herring and schipper bitter. Departure and return to starting port.
  • Approx. 18:30 Start of a luxurious buffet dinner consisting of a variety of cold and hot dishes.
  • Approx. 20:00 Arrival in Amsterdam. Farewell to the guests.

A day trip from Amsterdam to Hoorn and see the beautiful VOC city

A day trip to Hoorn and back, with the opportunity to see the beautiful VOC city of Hoorn.

The program of the day could be:

  • From 9:30 boarding with coffee / tea and pastries. The ship is moored in the Amsterdam area (unfortunately hte port of Muiden is unavailable due to the size of Kapitein Anna).
  • The departure is at 10:30.
  • Approx. 12:30 A lunch buffet consisting of delicious soup, assorted salads, fine cold meats, luxury sandwiches and of course “Dobben” croquettes.
  • Approx. 14:30 Arrival in Hoorn. Take a VOC-city stroll of ± 1 hour.
  • Approx. 16:00 Reception on board with herring and schipper bitter. Departure and return to starting port.
  • Approx. 18:30 Start of a luxurious buffet dinner consisting of a variety of cold and hot dishes or a BBQ buffet.
  • Approx. 20:00 Arrival in Amsterdam. Farewell to the guests.

The above we can offer you for a price of € 135, – per person incl. VAT. This price is based on a number of 70 people. The settlement price per person more or less is € 85, –
In addition to the above catering and excellent service, all the drinks are included in the price.

We would like to make a customized proposal for your wishes, ideas and budget. Other ports like Huizen, Volendam, Enkhuizen are possible on request.

The hot / cold buffet consists of:

Appetizer

  • Salad of smoked chicken with feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, cucumber, croutons, capers
  • Gravadlax with honey-sweet dille-mosterd sauce, mango salad and spring sprouts
  • Roast beef with potato salad and vegetables
  • Dried ham with pesto, Parmesan cheese and tapenade dressing

Main dishes

  • Tillapia fillet with leaf spinach and beure blanc
  • Fried pork frying pan with a baked garnish of onion, mushrooms and bacon
  • Fillet steak with onion compote and red wine sauce
  • Potato gratin
  • Fresh seasonal vegetables

The Barbeque buffet consists of:

  • Spicy Mergeuz sausage
  • Tenderloin skewers
  • Homemade hamburger
  • Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce
  • Creamy grilled Scottish salmon fillet

  • Pasta salad with dried tomatoes and pesto dressing
  • Greek salad with Feta cheese, marinated olives and tomatoes
